FortiClient VPN connects you securely and with encryption to your company network while travelling or working from home – as if you were in the office.
The free VPN edition from Fortinet for secure SSL and IPsec remote access. Available for Windows, macOS, Linux and as an app for iOS and Android.
Connected in a few steps. You receive the access details (server address, user name, password) from us – see the note below.
Choose your operating system above and download the free FortiClient VPN from the official Fortinet site. Be sure to choose the "VPN only" edition – it is free and requires no registration.
Open the downloaded file and follow the installation wizard. Accept the licence terms and complete the installation, then start FortiClient VPN.
On first launch, confirm the Fortinet notice. Click „Configure VPN“ and choose SSL-VPN. Enter the server address and a connection name (e.g. „Procon“) we have given you, then save.
Enter your user name and password, then click „Connect“. Once signed in (with a two-factor code if required) you are securely connected to your company network.
To finish, click „Disconnect“ in FortiClient. We recommend keeping the VPN connection active only when you need it.
For security reasons the server address, user name and password are not distributed via the website. You receive your personal VPN access details directly from our team. If you have any questions, reach us on +41 43 234 75 85 oder support@procon.ch.
